At Curator, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its unworn and unwashed condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
